2. Handstand

I would have never thought this one was possible, but ever since I have re-focused on my yoga practice all sorts of things I never thought were possible became possible. Headstands and forearm stands and crow. Forgiving myself for all those things in the past I cant change.

So being able to do a handstand, anywhere, anytime, has sort of become a symbol of that change that I never thought I could make in myself - but I totally can. Plus how many handstanding 30-somethings do you know?

2. Learn A Language - KO

I took Spanish in high school and French in college, not even close to fluent in either. English is my first language, however, a Literature professor told me it's my second. Asshole. Hey, I do remember some French!

I want to learn a language so I can fully amerce myself in another culture. You can't fully understand a group of people, unless you can converse with the natives. Also, it will keep my brain active. Yes, I work 40+ hours a week, but my memory is still degrading. Hopefully, learning a second language will improve my memory and maybe even allow me to live in another country! :)
